2. General Refund Terms

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@gcecinstitute.com or through our contact form. Refund requests will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of receipt.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Full Refund (100%)

A full refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Course cancellation by the institute before the start date
  • Technical issues preventing course access (if applicable)
  • Death or serious illness of the student (with medical documentation)
  • Relocation to a different city (with proof of relocation)

3.2 Partial Refund (75%)

A 75% refund will be provided if:

  • The student withdraws within 7 days before the course start date
  • The course has not yet commenced

3.3 Partial Refund (50%)

A 50% refund will be provided if:

  • The student withdraws within the first week of the course
  • Less than 25% of the course content has been delivered

3.4 No Refund

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Withdrawal after the first week of the course
  • More than 25% of the course content has been delivered
  • Violation of institute policies or code of conduct
  • Failure to attend classes without prior notice
  • Course materials have been provided and accessed

4. Refund Process

4.1 Request Submission

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Student's full name and contact information
  • Course name and enrollment date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)

4.2 Review Process

All refund requests will be reviewed by our administration team. We may request additional information or documentation to process your request.

4.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Cash payments: Refund will be processed in cash at our office
  • Online payments: Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Bank transfers: Refund will be transferred to the original bank account

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Medical Emergencies

In case of medical emergencies preventing course completion, a full refund may be provided with proper medical documentation.

5.2 Institute Discontinuation

If the institute discontinues a course after it has started, students will receive a pro-rated refund based on the remaining course duration.

5.3 Quality Issues

If students experience significant quality issues with course delivery, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Registration fees (if applicable)
  • Study materials that have been provided
  • Certification fees (if already processed)
  • Administrative charges

7. Transfer Policy

Instead of a refund, students may request to transfer their enrollment to:

  • A different course (subject to availability and eligibility)
  • A future batch of the same course
  • Another student (with prior approval)

Transfer requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the course start date.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you may:

  • Request a review by our management team
  • Provide additional documentation or evidence
